B02BD Blood coagulation factors
This group comprises all blood coagulation factors, thrombin etc., incl. preparations for local use, and their combinations. Fibrinogen (factor I), see - B02BB - Fibrinogen.
| The DDDs for the coagulation factor IX (B02BD04 and B02BD09) are in the lower end of the dose range. The DDD of 6 TU (P) for von Willebrand factor is based on the starting dose for the treatment of haemorrhage or trauma (i.e. 80 U/kg per day). |
